My Story

I spent years trying to change my life the loud way.

Systems. Books. Productivity apps. Every January, a new resolution. Every October, quietly abandoned. The awareness traditions gave me the quieter, more honest version of the work — the one that actually held.

I am the person who bought every system. The Miracle Morning. The 5 AM Club. Atomic Habits. The Pomodoro timer. I read them in bed at eleven at night and felt the buzz of possibility. By January, I was a believer. By March, I was drowning. By October, I had abandoned another version of the person I was trying to become.

The problem was not the systems. The problem was that I was trying to change my life from the outside — more discipline, more willpower, more hours at the desk — when the actual pattern was living somewhere else entirely. In my belief about who I was. In the stories I had quietly accepted about what was possible for me. In the identity I was running on automatic.

Twenty years into trying, I met Neville Goddard's teaching. Then Joel Goldsmith. Then the broader lineage of the contemplative traditions. And what they all said, in different language, was the same thing: Before the change comes the noticing. Before the doing comes the being.

That teaching — supported now by contemporary neuroscience, by research on the Default Mode Network and the role of consciousness in shaping what comes into our lives — is the foundation of everything I teach. It is why ReThink exists.

Four things I keep returning to

Manifestation, the quiet way

Rooted in Neville Goddard's teaching — I am before I will. Identity before action. How consciousness shapes what comes into your life without pushing. This is not vision boards. This is noticing what you are already believing and gently pivoting it.

Higher consciousness

The contemplative lineage of Joel Goldsmith and the broader awareness traditions. Sitting with the one thing underneath the noise. The practice of resting in something larger than the daily loop of thought and habit. This is where the nervous system actually settles.

Anti-hustle self-improvement

Real change, without the grind. How to actually shift a pattern — in a way your nervous system can hold — without burning yourself out in the process. The work is not speed. The work is the noticing.

Emotional wellbeing

The inner life, taken seriously. Grief, anxiety, perfectionism, the long work of becoming a person who can be with her own mind. There is no manifestation without this. There is no real change without befriending what is already there.

ReThink is a weekly podcast. Some episodes walk through one of the four pillars in depth. Others explore a specific pattern — anxiety, identity, belief, the relationship between intention and action — through the lens of these teachings. Every episode is built on the same foundation: before you try to change anything, you have to see what is already running.

The show is not a lecture. I am not trying to convince you of anything. I am inviting you to look at what is true for you, right now, in a way you might not have looked before.
